Silent

The internal DC Inverter units that the Inhaus air conditioning solution uses have a default noise range from 42 – 50 A-weighted decibels dB(A). To the human ear that is the equivalent noise level that may be heard from an operational computer. Although this is already considered very quiet for an air conditioner, at Inhaus we go further for our clients’ comfort and provide all our units with a specifically designed noise cancellation kit which reduces the noise level emitted from them to 5 dB(A) which is the same level as a pin dropping to the floor. Silence is golden!

Efficient

The Air Conditioning system provided by Inhaus AC is the most energy and water efficient water cooled system on the market, ensuring a low running cost and low environmental impact. The system requires a water and electricity supply to the DC inverter unit, so both variables should be considered.
The water just runs through the system and absorbs the excess heat without being contaminated in any way and exits through a water outlet thus being easily recycled. In certain properties, a water loop can be engineered that uses the same water over and over again thus causing zero environmental impact. The system Inhaus Air Conditioning provides has a Coefficient of Performance (COP) of over 5.0 which means it outputs about five times the energy that is inputted into the system. This corresponds to an energy efficiency rating of A++ in its cooling mode and A+ in its heating mode.

Hidden

Our Air conditioning solution is developed in response to the needs of urban dwelling customers who often live in high-rise buildings or in historically significant, listed buildings or in conservation areas.
In all of these examples, there is the common problem that no DC Inverter units are allowed on the exterior of the buildings and no holes are allowed to be drilled through exterior walls. Fortunately, our solution does not require either, as our DC Inverter units, which in other systems have to be positioned outside, can be installed completely inside the property.
The specially developed DC Inverter design is compact, with small dimensions, making it suitable for installation in a variety of spaces inside the property such as under a sink, in a false ceiling, under a staircase or inside an utility cabinet alongside a boiler or washing machine for example. A completely hidden from sight, internal solution.

Smart

The Inhaus Air Conditioning solution is wi-fi enabled and is fully operable from a smart app that can be downloaded to any Android or iOS device. That allows functionality such as switching on/off or adjusting the cooling or heating on the air conditioning from your phone on your way home so that the temperature is perfect for when you arrive. The systems also come with a remote controller from which various modes and functionalities can be selected for ultimate comfort and control of the system.

Performance

The system that Inhaus Air conditioning does not trade off convenience for performance. It has both. The DC Inverter incorporates compressors and components from industry leading manufacturers Mitsubishi, Toshiba and electronics from Panasonic. These deliver the highest level of performance with temperature range from 16°C for cooling and up to 31°C for heating. Depending on the space, dimensions and materials used in your property our expert engineers and surveyors will calculate the exact model and system required for the whole space to be air conditioned and that would ensure the desired temperature ranges achieved at all times.

Fast

A typical installation by the Inhaus AC team would normally take one to two days with the team aiming to be minimally intrusive during the process. The DC Inverter unit is usually positioned near a water supply, for example in a utility cabinet. From the DC Inverter to each room unit an insulative silicone tubing is passed which carries the refrigerant, hot or cold air, and power supply wire. As there is no need for water pipes between the DC Inverter and the internal units, the tubing is compact and flexible and can be ducted discretely or hidden in an above ceiling space or threaded behind an internal wall without needing to open up the walls or ceiling in any major ways. We are experts at this and guarantee minimal disruption to your property. This means a client can enjoy a proper air conditioning system in their property without the headache and hassle associated with major building works and lengthy installation periods.

Clean & Polite

We guarantee our installation team will always be friendly, courteous and polite and respect any house rules or special circumstances communicated to them. They are professionals and will always take measures to protect flooring, clean up after themselves and leave a property as they found it. Following a survey we will always communicate with the client the proposed installation plan and likely decorative or minor drilling work necessary and we will take care of these aspects of the installation following the air conditioning install. We do not want to solve your Air conditioning problem just to leave you with another problem – we provide a total solution for you.

Certified

As of July 2011, all persons involved in either the commissioning, installation, maintenance or servicing of air conditioning and heat pump equipment containing refrigerants covered by the F-Gas regulations must be appropriately qualified to do so. At Inhaus Air Conditioning, all our principal engineers hold City & Guilds 2079 certification, ensuring all aspects of our installations are fully compliant with current legislation.

Experienced

The Inhaus Air Conditioning team is comprised of professionals with multiple years of experience in installing and maintaining air conditioning systems in UK and continental Europe. From large hospital installations to small residential installations we have experience with a variety of properties and no installation is too large or too small or too complex for us. The surveys we do are overseen and often carried out by a Chartered Surveyor to ensure professional planning and preparation for the project.

Warranty

All equipment we provide comes with a standard 12 months warranty for parts, which we extend to 5 years, provided the client opts in to our standard maintenance agreement which includes an annual visit by our Fgas certified engineers to service the equipment and ensure it is in full working order and compliant to all health and safety regulations.

Maintenance

Our professional team of engineers will have your system covered and maintained into full working order to ensure it is safe, performing and you can get the most out of its useful life. We offer clients 12 months of free maintenance from the date of installation and we offer a non- obligatory standard maintenance contract after that period which costs £200 per annum in total (incl. VAT) and includes an annual service visit by a certified Fgas qualified engineer and also includes replacement of parts.

Relocation

As part of our maintenance service and support for our clients we offer a decommissioning and relocation service for your Inhaus Air Conditioning system. Whether you are a tenant in your current property or plan to move in the near future, we appreciate the investment into an air conditioning system is a serious financial consideration and should be a long term one.
